NetX Investor Account Registration Walkthrough & Video

Select ‘NetX Investor Log-in’ from the top navigation bar

You will be directed to a new page - Click to Proceed

Select ‘Get Started’ once on NetX Investor page (Under Login Button)

This will open the Online Registration. Select ‘Start’

Review ‘Terms & Conditions’ and if agree, check the ‘Agree’ box, then

select ‘Continue’

Enter your personal information to register your account

Your full account number will be needed - Please contact us and we can

provide the account number

Answer identity verification questions

Create UserID & Password

You will then get a confirmation screen with your UserID asking you to

check your Email

In your Email, you will have a link to ‘Click Here’ to complete the

Registration, Select that Link

You can now Log-in

The first time you Log-in, you may be prompted to re-enter your email

address and follow directions for a passcode to verify your device.

(Don’t worry, you are not resetting your Password)

If prompted for your Financial Organization# please use JKT

You will then be directed to your Online Account Home Page

You may download the ‘NetXInvestor Mobile’ phone app and Log-in using

the same UserID and Password. If prompted for your Financial

Organization# please use JKT
